About working with us on Meta.

Do I have to use your creative team?

No. If you have an internal creative team that is shipping at volume, we will work with what you produce and feed insights back into your briefing process. But most clients use ours because shipping 60+ ads a month is not realistic for an internal team unless that is all they do.

What if I have never run UGC before?

Most of our clients start there. We brief, cast and direct creators end-to-end. You approve scripts, we ship the ads. First 4-6 weeks usually include a learning batch where we test creator types and angles before scaling production.

How fast can you turn ads around?

Static and motion graphics typically 5-7 business days from brief. UGC 10-14 days because we depend on creator availability and approval cycles. We always keep a content buffer so accounts never go dark.

Do you handle Instagram organic too?

No. We focus on paid. We will share what is working in ads so your organic team can lean on the same angles, but we do not run social content calendars - it is a different discipline and we would not be the best at it.
